The opinion of the court was delivered by This is a boundary line dispute involving title to
approximately two acres of land in Shawnee county. Plaintiffs who
are in possession of the land in question prevailed in an action
to quiet title and defendants appeal. Plaintiffs are the owners of the south half of the southwest
quarter of section eight, which lies adjacent to and on the north
of the northwest quarter of section seventeen, which is owned by
defendants Baylesses, Haids and Henrys. The boundary line in
dispute is the common boundary line between the southwest quarter
of section [215 Kan. 298]
